In cooperation with Hildebranding
Since I joined Hildebranding as a UX and UI designer, the agency's offerings and services have changed a bit from what they were originally. Therefore, it was time for a sustainable website redesign on a large scale, which of course is designed to be completely responsive.
Although this project was an internal order, it was of course handled with the same care, thoroughness and love as regular client projects.
You can view the website here:

User Profile & Customer Journey
After carefully working out a new Vision and Mission Statement for Hildebranding we started drafting a rough Customer Journey on physical postits to get a clearer idea of who our customers are and who we want to attract. To continue these thoughts we switched to our widely used online whiteboard tool Miro, where we firstly created two User Profiles.
These were the foundation for the creation of the final Customer Journeys, in which we were able to vividly locate all activities, wishes, pain points of our potential users.

Internal Design Sprint & Wireframes
In an internal Design Sprint, we forumlated Design Challenges that would be guiding us in the process of designing the perfect solutions for both our User Profiles. Inspiring Lighting Demos and different creative sketching methods helped us to visualize our first ideas, which were fruitfully discussed in dialogue.
After this creative session, the sketches came more and more to life. Firstly the rough structure was build in Miro, using their simple but effective wireframing library. As a next step we created more high-fidelity designs in Figma, where proper dimensions and responsiveness became the focus.
We tested the new design with five people who were happy to share their thoughts and comments. In addition to the test, we asked them to fill out a questionnaire with broader and even more specific questions to gather even more insights.
After evaluating the results we were finally able to eliminate any remaining inconsistencies and to give the website its finishing touch. The website was built in Wordpress using Elementor.
